Mt. Hood Meadows joins Indy Pass

I teased it yesterday, and I’m happy to finally share the news that The Indy Pass adds Mount Hood Meadows (OR) for the Winter ’22-’23 season.

Indy Passholders will now have two days of access to 92 alpine ski areas in the United States, Canada and Japan. Plus access to 14 cross-country ski resorts and discounted tickets to 10 allied resorts.

The best ski deal just keeps getting better.

Indy has already landed at major resorts with Powder Mountain, UT, Jay Peak, VT, and Cannon Mountain, NH, but landing at Mt. Hood Meadows is absolutely huge add-on for the relatively new Indy Pass.

Buy an Indy Pass for only $299 is starting to make more and more sense no matter where you live in the country.

It’s simply the best deal when it comes to skiing. No questions about it!

Oregon’s first resort becomes Indy’s largest by number of skiers

PORTLAND, Oregon (July 26, 2022) – The Indy Pass is proud to announce that Mt. Hood Meadows, Oregon has joined its coalition of independent stations for the 22/23 season. Mt. Hood Meadows is one of the largest independently owned and operated resorts in the United States and features 2,150 acres, 11 lifts, 85 named trails, and 430″ of annual snowfall. It hosts more skier visits than any other Indy resort partner.

“We are very excited to welcome our home mountain, Mt. Hood Meadows, to the Indy family of resorts,” said Indy Pass President Doug Fish. We know firsthand that Meadows is one of the finest resorts in North America, and their presence on the pass will elevate and support all Indy resorts.

Meadows President and CEO Matthew Drake says the Indy Pass alignment continues the company’s efforts to expand access to quality mountain recreation experiences, saying, “It’s is our culture of innovating, implementing new initiatives, experimenting, learning and then refining. Our first year with the Indy Pass is another exciting experience.

Mt. Hood Meadows immediately becomes the crown jewel of the West Indy region. It gives Indy Pass an anchor from Mt. Hood to complete White Pass, Washington, and Hoodoo, Oregon, each about 2.5 hours from Portland. Meadows’ reliable Cascade snowpack comes from the constant barrage of winter storms that batter the Oregon Coast before rolling into 11,225′ Mt. Hood. Its expansive terrain includes an additional 1,700 vertical feet of snowfield accessible by hiking and a country side accessed by a gate, giving Meadows premier status in every way.
